Our work
Some of our work is ours to show: products we designed, built, and still run. The rest is systems work inside other companies, and it stays private — we describe that work below instead of naming it.
Products we built and run
A homeschool planner, record book, and transcript service in one app.
- What it is
- Binder gives homeschooling families one place to plan each child's week, teach the day, and keep the records their state asks for.
- What we built
- The whole product: weekly planners for each child; tools for narrations, memory work, and habit tracking; attendance and portfolios; compliance reports for all 50 states; and college-ready transcripts. The dashboard and tools reshape themselves for eight teaching methods, from Charlotte Mason to unschooling.
An online university for a leadership firm's courses and assessment.
- What it is
- LEADon pairs in-person coaching with on-demand courses, so individual leaders, teams, and whole companies keep developing between sessions.
- What we built
- The whole platform: three leadership tracks of more than 30 courses and 240 lessons, plans for individuals and enterprise teams, and the DECQ® assessment, which benchmarks a person, team, or company against more than 170 measures.
A home for a ministry's devotionals, sermons, and newsletter.
- What it is
- Sonkist Ministries shares written devotionals and recorded teaching with its community.
- What we built
- The whole site: a searchable archive of devotionals, an audio library of sermons and teachings, newsletter sign-up, and a contact form.
Client systems work
In healthcare, manufacturing, and oil and gas, we connect the systems teams already run and take the manual steps out of the workflows between them.
- Documents that arrive by email
- Purchase orders, invoices, and forms land in shared inboxes as PDFs, and someone retypes them into the system of record. We build the reader: a model pulls the details out and enters them, and anything unusual waits for a person to approve it before it goes anywhere.
- Two systems, kept in step
- A CRM and an accounting system that quietly disagree become a month-end argument. We keep them in step on a schedule — every run logged, and when a record can't be matched, someone hears about it that day instead of discovering it weeks later.
- The spreadsheet everyone edits
- When several people share one spreadsheet, no one owns its truth. We replace it with a small internal app: permissions for who can change what, validation at entry, and a history of every change.
- Anything uncertain waits for a person
- Not every step should be automated. Our builds hold what's uncertain — a document that doesn't parse, a record that doesn't match, a draft that doesn't sound right — and route it to the right person to decide. The software does the reading and sorting; people make the calls.
That privacy is policy, not accident: we work inside a company's operations, so what we build there isn't ours to show. If you want proof beyond this page, ask — references are available on request, and we're glad to walk through a build in detail on a call.
Tell us about the work
Describe one job your team does by hand today and what you'd like to change. A few sentences is plenty. We'll reply to talk it through, and if it's a fit, the next step is the written plan.
